Michael (Mike) Wood is a Co-Founder of MW Group and currently serves as Principal and Emeritus for the company. Prior to stepping back from day-to-day leadership, his attention was primarily focused on business strategy, marketing, and operations.

Stephen (Steve) Metter is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MW Group. As CEO, Steve supports company leadership in governing the organization, setting and structuring corporate strategy, and ensuring operational excellence.
