Noelle Catalan Kim is the Corporate Counsel for MW Group where she is responsible for all legal matters impacting the company and its operations. Prior to joining MW Group, Noelle worked as an associate attorney at full-service civil law firm in Honolulu, where her practice focused on real estate and corporate law. She also worked in the banking industry and served as Corporate Compliance Officer and as the Privacy Officer for one of Hawaii's largest financial institutions.
Noelle obtained her BA, cum laude, from the University of Southern California, and received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Hawai'i, William S. Richardson School of Law. While in the law school, Noelle served as the Executive and Managing Editor of the University of Hawaii Law Review and received CALI Excellence for the Future awards for being awarded the highest grade in numerous classes.
