Noelle Catalan Kim is the Corporate Counsel for MW Group, where she is responsible for all legal matters affecting the company and its operations. Prior to joining MW Group, Noelle worked in private practice at a full-service civil law firm in Honolulu, with a focus on real estate and corporate law. She also brings extensive regulatory experience from the banking industry, having served as a Corporate Compliance Officer and as the Privacy Officer for one of Hawaiʻi’s largest financial institutions.
A graduate of Punahou School, Noelle earned her BA, cum laude, from the University of Southern California. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she served as Executive and Managing Editor of the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review.
